The Guntersville Getaway vacation rental house on Lake Guntersville is a unique waterfront home that has been in our family for years. This is a family business -- you may talk to Mom (Lyndall) or adult son (Nicholas Hamlett) when you call.
We have been sharing our home with guests since 2003, and we take pride in making sure every visitor has a wonderful experience on the lake. Whether you are here for fishing, family time, or simply to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery, we want you to feel at home.
You may notice a sign on the wall in the living area that says “Irene J. Roan MD”. This was the sign for Lyndall's mother's medical practice. She was the first woman doctor and the first pediatrician in Marshall County -- a piece of local history that we are proud to display.
