Absolutely! The property has a private boathouse with a covered boat slip, powered boat lift, and deep water year-round. There's plenty of driveway space for your truck and trailer. The boathouse also has a fish cleaning station with fresh water, outlets, and a 7 cu ft freezer for bait and your catch.
Yes — the property has deep water access year-round. You'll never have low-water issues. The dock has sturdy steps into the lake for swimming, and the boat slip accommodates bass boats and pontoons.
There are 5 public boat ramps within 10 minutes of the property. The closest is at Gunter's Landing, just a few minutes away. You can also launch directly from the boathouse for smaller watercraft.
Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets. The property sits on a full acre with a large yard for pets to roam. A pet addendum and small nightly pet fee apply ($12/night for 1 pet, $20/night for up to 3). We provide a pet addendum with the lease agreement.

Walmart, Publix, and several restaurants are about 10 minutes away in Guntersville. Top of the River and The Rock House are local favorites. There's also a Dollar General just a few minutes from the property.
The home is single-level with no interior stairs. The entryway has a small step that can be managed with a portable ramp (bring your own). Wide doorways throughout. Past wheelchair-using guests have reported a very positive experience. The walkway to the boathouse is also accessible.
